What Is a Managed Legal Staffing Service?

A managed legal staffing service helps law firms access qualified legal-support professionals while reducing the operational work associated with sourcing, screening, assessment, matching, onboarding, and ongoing workforce support. Unlike a résumé-only referral model, LeannStride uses a structured qualification and client-specific matching process before placement.

Your Virtual Legal Team—Without the Overhead

The Right Support Doesn't Have to Mean Another Full-Time Hire.

Compare the Cost. Then Compare What's Behind It.

Hiring in-house involves more than salary. Low-cost virtual staffing can reduce that expense—but price alone doesn't tell you how candidates are qualified, matched, onboarded, trained, monitored, or supported.

LeannStride Solutions is built as a managed legal-support model.

Our approach combines Qualified People + Better Processes + Integrated Technology + Active Management to help law firms add capacity without independently building every recruiting, qualification, onboarding, training, quality-assurance, and performance-management function internally.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER: LeannStride Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Legal-support personnel work within the authorized scope of their assigned roles and under appropriate attorney supervision where required.

How Does LeannStride Solutions Qualify Legal Support Professionals?

Candidates may move through application screening, structured interviews, core skills assessments, technology assessments, role-specific testing, communication evaluation, confidentiality and security training, legal-support and attorney-supervision training, AI-use training, availability verification, and client-specific matching.

A candidate classified as Client Ready has sufficient documented evidence to be considered for a client match. Client Ready does not mean the candidate is automatically the right fit for every law firm.

How Does Candidate Matching Work?

Can a Law Firm Use Fractional Legal Support?

Yes. Fractional legal support can be appropriate when a firm needs recurring capacity but does not require a full-time dedicated resource. It can also provide a lower-commitment starting point while the firm measures workload and determines whether additional capacity is justified.

LeannStride may support domestic, offshore, or hybrid staffing configurations depending on the engagement. The appropriate model depends on client preference, role requirements, system and data-access restrictions, confidentiality and security considerations, supervision requirements, and applicable legal or ethical obligations. Offshore work is not activated where required authorization or operational controls are absent.

Does LeannStride Offer Domestic and Offshore Staffing?

What Happens After a Candidate Is Selected?

Client selection is followed by a pre-placement readiness review. Applicable contracts, payment, workforce documentation, role scope, attorney supervision, client-specific SOPs, systems access, security controls, geographic or offshore requirements, AI restrictions, timekeeping, communication, and quality-assurance controls are verified before assignment activation.

LeannStride's performance-management process can evaluate accuracy and quality, timeliness and reliability, communication, SOP compliance, client satisfaction, security and confidentiality, and professionalism. Structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews help identify training needs, assignment-fit issues, corrective actions, and opportunities for responsible expansion
