Stephanie brings more than 20 years of administrative, legal-support, executive, and operational experience to LeannStride Solutions. Her background includes paralegal support, executive administration, law-firm operations, team management, systems implementation, workflow design, training, technology, marketing, and business consulting.
Working inside legal environments provided a firsthand view of a recurring challenge: attorneys are expected to run a business while simultaneously practicing law. As firms grow, the operational demands grow with them—hiring, training, intake, technology, workflows, deadlines, client communication, marketing, performance management, and administration.
