1. Services
LeannStride Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides coaching, consulting, and support services to individuals and businesses through leannstridesolutions.com. Our services are designed to support your professional growth, but they do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

Coaching, consulting, and ongoing support is a collaborative process. Results depend on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from working with us.

2. Eligibility
By using our website or purchasing services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Payments & fees
All fees for services are listed at the time of purchase within your agreement/purposal and are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of booking or as otherwise specified in your service agreement.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.

All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction, and credit card processing fees may be added to your bill.

Prices are subject to change. Any price change will not affect sessions or packages already purchased.

4. Cancellations & refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Single sessions: You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable. (Consultations are free this applies to paid strategy sessions)

Service Packages, Strategy Sessions, and One-Off Services are all Non-Refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in our agreement contract.

Digital products or downloads: All sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
 

Cancellation of ongoing packages must be in written form 30-days before cancellation.

5. Scheduling & no-shows
 

Sessions must be scheduled in advance using the booking method provided on the website. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show and the session forfeited without refund for paid sessions.

We reserve the right to reschedule a session with reasonable advance notice in the event of an emergency or illness on our end. In such cases, your session will be rescheduled at no cost to you.

6. Intellectual property
All content on leannstridesolutions.com — including text, graphics, logos, worksheets, frameworks, and other materials — is the property of LeannStride Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Some Ai has been used in generating images and/or text.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Materials provided during coaching sessions are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
 

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Confidentiality
We take the privacy of our coaching relationships seriously. Information you share during sessions will be kept confidential, with the following exceptions:

When disclosure is required by law or court order
When there is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to you or others
When you have given express written consent to share the information
Similarly, we ask that you treat any proprietary tools, frameworks, or processes shared during our sessions as confidential and not share them with third parties.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
Any specific result or outcome will be achieved through our coaching or consulting services
Information on the website is complete, accurate, or current
Coaching, Consulting, and Ongoing Support is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you need support in those areas, please consult a licensed professional.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeannStride Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Acceptable use
When using our website or engaging our services, you agree not to:

Use our site for any unlawful purpose
Harass, threaten, or disrespect us or any other party
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
Reproduce or distribute our proprietary materials without permission
Provide false or misleading information during the engagement
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who violates these standards.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate a coaching or consulting engagement at any time. If you choose to terminate, any refund will be governed by our cancellation policy in section 4. We reserve the right to terminate our engagement with you if you breach these terms, with no further obligation.

12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of operation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of LeannStride Solutions' state of operation, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients by email.
