Roles We Recruit For
Legal Assistants
Provide essential administrative and legal workflow support, including document organization, calendaring, correspondence, matter management, and day-to-day support for attorneys and legal teams.
Paralegals
Support attorneys with substantive legal work such as research, document preparation, case organization, discovery, filings, and matter support within the authorized scope of the role and under appropriate attorney supervision.
Senior / Specialized Paralegals
Bring advanced experience or practice-area knowledge to complex matters, specialized workflows, higher-level legal support, and assignments requiring greater independence and technical proficiency.
Intake Specialist
​Serve as an important first point of contact for prospective clients by gathering information, managing inquiries, scheduling consultations, conducting follow-up, and supporting an organized intake experience.
Case Managers
Help keep matters organized and moving by coordinating workflows, monitoring tasks and deadlines, maintaining records, supporting client communication, and assisting with the administrative management of active cases.
Executive Legal Assistants

Help law firms implement, configure, maintain, and improve the technology behind their operations, including practice-management systems, CRM platforms, automations, integrations, reporting, and approved AI-enabled workflows.
